Southern Spirit

Southern Spirit has been performing together for over 3 decades and continues to reach new audiences and fans everywhere they play. They don't seem to be slowing down. In the 90's and early 2000's they were highly sought out as the opening act for many well-known artists which included Toby Keith, Travis Tritt, Lee Roy Parnell, Brooks and Dunn, Trace Adkins, Glenn Frey, Aaron Tippin, Confederate Railroad, Joe Diffie, The Kentucky Headhunters, Pam Tillis, Blue County Line, Burning Daylight, Merle Haggard, Mark Chesnutt, Charley Pride, Gene Watson and more. In 2004 Southern Spirit looked to finally get the radio break they had worked many years for as their single "Talk About Heroes" was climbing charts in the Southern Gulf Region. Set to tour and scheduled from Louisiana through Florida it was not meant to be as Hurricane Katrina tore through the Gulf ultimately seeing the tour canceled. Southern Spirit has performed from opening concerts, local country night clubs, concerts in the park, fairs, private and corporate events throughout Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas and Idaho over these many years. With a style that crosses from Country, Southern/Classic Rock and Blues they are still hard at work performing every song with a Southern Spirit twist built around vocal harmony that is recognizable as The Southern Spirit Sound.
