Saloon Large Party Reservations

There are two areas in the Saloon available to accommodate parties. Located near the stage and dance floor, the Longhorn Corral and the Mustang Corral give your party more of an exclusive feel.

  • Long Horn can accommodate up to 20 guests comfortably with high top tables with bar stool seating.
  • Mustang can accommodate up to 32 guests comfortably with dining room set tables or bar stool seating.

Saloon Reservation Guidelines

Don't want to wait in line? Make a Reservation! In the Saloon, ALL tables are available for reservations. Whether you're watching the entertainment from the comfort of a booth, or need to be closer to the action of the dance floor or stage; there is a little something for everyone. For Saloon reservations, please call 714.817.4204.

  • Reservations are strongly recommended and the ONLY way to receive a guaranteed seat in the Saloon every Thursday through Saturday. The drink rail and bar seats are offered on a first come first serve basis, and fill up quickly so come early.
  • Tables will be held for 30 minutes after reservation time. After 30 minutes have passed, the reserved table will be released at the Saloon Manager’s discretion. If you find you will be late to your reservation please call ahead.
  • Saloon cover charge applies to all guests, including those with reservations. It covers your entry into the Saloon with a DJ and FREE Dance Lessons each night as well as Live Bands on select nights.
  • We do not allow outside food, drinks, or desserts to be brought in. Please inquire if you would like a cake for a special celebration, as we offer cakes made in-house. Cakes must be ordered two weeks ahead of your event with us. Please reach out to Hope Rosales for more information.
  • One Saloon cover charge is waived for each dining restaurant guest, who has purchased an entree. Dining in the Restaurant does not guarantee a seat or booth in the Saloon.

Saloon Booth & Table Reservations

  • Booth reservations seat a maximum of 6 people, with one booth per party.
  • Table reservations accommodate a maximum of 15 people.
  • Parties up to 8 people are offered the full Restaurant Menu and Saloon Menu.
    Subject to availability.
  • Parties of 9 to 15 are offered the Limited Restaurant and Saloon Menu.
    Subject to availability.
  • The Saloon cover charge does not count towards Food & Beverage Minimum requirements, and the final payment must be made on one check with no split tabs.

Reservation Cancellation Policy

The Saloon requires a credit card guarantee for all table & booth reservations. Providing a credit card guarantees saloon guests a seated reservation. THE RANCH Saloon requires a 24-hour notice when cancelling a reservation. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, it is considered a no-show and you will be charged $25 per person.
